How to be a good sport
Have a good attitude toward yourself and others. Know when to be a good teammate. Positive cheering and encouragement is a must. Letting it go and move on.
Playing Fair
Listen and know the game/activity rules. Be attentive.
Strategy is a method used within the game rules that is exhibited by teams.
Cheating- breaking the rules and not following rules and showing unsporting behavior.

Be Safe
Hands and feet to yourself at all times. Following game/activity rules at all times. Hands never above the shoulder of the opponent during a tag/throw. Feet and equipment never above the hips of the opponent.
Knowing How to Solve your problems
Worry about yourself. You can only control your own problems not others. Go thru rock, paper, scissors method when in doubt. When the problem is heated, walk away and take a break for a few minutes. Regather your own thoughts and then come with a fair strategy. If not resolved, then speak up and go to the proper authority as a last resort.
Look, listen, react, and adjust accordingly. Never give into emotions.
